Project Add+ is Luen Thai's implementation of the lean concept of manufacturing, but extending it beyond the production floor to include the front end and back end of our operation. The project aims to make Luen Thai a "lean enterprise," and providing "lean supply chain services" to our customers.

The word Add is short for attitude, details, and discipline - three values that are the major components of a lean organization. Attitude means having the right mindset; details means paying attention to details; and discipline is needed for proper implementation. The plus sign at the end of the word Add symbolizes the many benefits of implementing lean initiative in Luen Thai.

Made in Luen Thai is a corporate campaign which speaks proudly of our company’s products and services. Although Luen Thai is not well-known to end consumers, we have established ourselves as a leader in the apparel industry. Our growing list of top apparel customers can attest to this. They know that when they do business with Luen Thai, they are assured of the best service, the best product and the best price.
