iServe.iGive back is the charity program of Luen Thai. Under this initiative, Luen Thai and its partner companies strive to become valuable members of their respective communities. The logo, a big heart made up of a chain of people holding hands, symbolizes the cooperation of all members of Luen Thai to serve and give back to their community.

Project Add+ is Luen Thai's implementation of the lean concept of manufacturing, but extending it beyond the production floor to include the front end and back end of our operation. The project aims to make Luen Thai a "lean enterprise," and providing "lean supply chain services" to our customers.

The word Add is short for attitude, details, and discipline - three values that are the major components of a lean organization. Attitude means having the right mindset; details means paying attention to details; and discipline is needed for proper implementation. The plus sign at the end of the word Add symbolizes the many benefits of implementing lean initiative in Luen Thai.
