Project Add+ Preview in Luen Thai Philippines

Employees of Luen Thai Philippines were addressed by its president Frank Sauceda last March 1 and given a preview of the company's global lean intitiative, Project Add+.

"Our future is full of challenges. However, these challenges also present many opportunities. We have the opportunity to gain new knowledge, put more value in our services, and open up our facility to customers and fellow team members so we can promote our strengths and capability," said Mr. Sauceda.  "We can accomplish this through Project Add+."

Add stands for having the right Attitude, paying attention to Details and having the right Discipline which are the fundamentals of a lean enterprise.

To date, Luen Thai Philippines has begun lean manufacturing training with executives and managers. Continuous training will be held throughout all levels of employees as well as alignments of various business units with the goals of Project Add+.
