- Responsible for checking orders to ensure items are clear and detailed enough
for production; - Monitors internal orders, supervises and confirms materials and quantity for
every order (I/O); - Coordinates, facilitates and ensures the following tasks:
- Smooth communication of merchandising team with production departments in monitoring production plan and progress;
- Close cooperation with Material Purchasing Department and Logistics Department to ensure fabrics and accessories are ready for production;
- Preparation of garment graphic design and pre-production sample with Sample-making Department;
- Cooperation with Material Purchasing Department in developing new accessories and attachments;
- Timely shipments according to order requirements and specifications.
- Junior college graduate or above;
- At least 5 years of work experience in merchandising and foreign trade in garment firms;
- With 2 years or above supervisory experience;
- Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, good command of oral and written English;
- Proficient in using office computer application, MS Office etc.
