Responsibilities:
Conducts training need analysis including interviews, surveys and focus group discussions with employees to validate training needs;
Responsible for new employee orientation training and training cost management;
Designs and implements training modules;
Sources and coordinates external training service providers;
Conducts & interprets post-training evaluations and trainees' feedback and suggestions;
Arranges training schedules, manages training facilities, and prepares training certificates.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or above, major in management, human resource or related subject preferable;
3 years or above experience in training or related function, training experience in manufacturing setup an advantage;
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
Proficient in using office computer application, MS Office etc.;
Team player, flexible, energetic, customer oriented and proactive.
