  • Conducts training need analysis including interviews, surveys and focus group discussions with employees to validate training needs;
  • Responsible for new employee orientation training and training cost management;
  • Designs and implements training modules;
  • Sources and coordinates external training service providers;
  • Conducts & interprets post-training evaluations and trainees' feedback and suggestions;
  • Arranges training schedules, manages training facilities, and prepares training certificates.
  • A bachelor's degree or above, major in management, human resource or related subject preferable; 
  • 3 years or above experience in training or related function, training experience in manufacturing setup an advantage;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Proficient in using office computer application, MS Office etc.; 
  • Team player, flexible, energetic, customer oriented and proactive.
