Sewing Supervisor
China, Dongguan | Manufacturing / Production

- Supervises and balances operations of sewing lines in achieving desired production efficiency and quality target;
- Guides Line Leaders in understanding I/O requirements, evaluation of checkpoints and process float of new garment styles;
- Conducts training for subordinates, provides technical guidance to line leaders and operators, and help them correct mistakes at once;
- Prepares daily production report and attends various production-related meetings.
- High school graduate or above;
- 5 years or above working experience preferably on knit/woven products;
- Working knowledge on production management and garment manufacturing process;
- Good communication and coordination skills.
