- Conducts time and motion study, Garment Sewing Data (GSD) analysis;
- Ensures production lines operate under lean and efficient structures;
- Assists in the development and implementation of incentives schemes;
- Assists in cost management studies in the production floor.
- Junior college graduate or above, preferably with garment- or manufacturing-related major;
- Above average English language skill;
- Familiar with various garment manufacturing technology and processes;
- Preferably with GSD training certificate or relevant GSD training/knowledge；
- Proficient in using office computer application, MSOffice etc.
