- Directs and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in garment production from cutting to finishing, manages the units of Cutting, Sewing, IE, Mechanics and Finishing.
- Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production targets/goals.
- Oversees the calculation of labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas.
- Determines standards, production and rates based on company policy, equipment and labor availability and workload.
- Reviews operations and accounting records or reports to determine the feasibility of production estimates and evaluate current production.
- Confers with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints and grievances.
- Junior college graduate or above;
- 10 years or above working experience in garment manufacturing from cutting to fishing preferably doing sports brands;
- Knowledge in LEAN Manufacturing and GSD;
- With strong interpersonal and communicational skills;
- With good oral and written English communication and presentation skills;
- Computer literate.
