An article written by Georgia Lee of Women's Wear Daily (WWD) on the Material World Show in Miami has quoted Luen Thai US president Rick Helfenbein, who spoke at the executive sourcing breakfast that kicked off the show on May 8.

The article, Vendors Go Green for Material World Miami, quoted Helfenbein as saying “big companies want design-to-store collaborative partners and that environmental and social issues are priorities.” Corporate social responsibility including commitment to the environment is a major theme during the Material World held at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
