- Sources and screens applicants from various recruitment medias and channels;
- Conducts interviews and tests and follows up commencement for new hires;
- Analyzes recruitment needs and job requirements and provides recruitment suggestions to hiring departments;
- Assists recruitment manager on recruitment media and channel result analyze and reporting.
- College graduate or above;
- 3 years or above HR recruitment or related experience;
- Good command of oral and written English;
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
