Mobility Magazine Features HR Strategies of Luen Thai

Mobility Magazine in its May 2007 issue has featured Luen Thai’s HR strategies in a start-up operation. The article under the section “Global HR Thought Leaders” was presented in a question and answer format with Luen Thai senior vice president for corporate human resources Frank Sauceda as resource speaker.

Questions raised include what HR practices and approaches drive success in a start-up operation; how to find the talent to import and how mobility factors in on creating the right HR team. Thinking beyond traditional HR; bringing in an HR executive at the onset of a project; creating a strong HR team; and the need to stay focused, passionate, and realistic about the vision of the new operation were underlined by Sauceda as critical success factors in a start-up operation.
