Yuen Thai Philippines (YTPI) celebrated its first anniversary with a sports festival held from  March 31-June 10. The competition was aimed at enhancing the team's camaraderie and teamwork.

Vicky Dilcock, Yuen Thai Industrial Company Limited senior vice president, led the opening ceremony at the YTPI facility in Cebu. General manager Alan Liu delivered the welcome address.

More than 300 employees participated in the event. The competition included sports such as volleyball, table tennis, chess, darts and basketball. The employees were grouped into teams and named after the company's top executives, namely: Tan Siu Lin "TSL" Kings; Henry Tan "HT" Pistons; Raymond Tan "RT" Warriors; Willie Tan "WT" Lakers; and Jerry Tan "JT" Spurs.

Winners received cash prizes and gifts during awarding ceremonies held on July 7.
