"Clean Our Park Day," a clean-up activity by Luen Thai employees will be held on August 11 at the Dongguan Supply Chain City, China.The event serves as a kick off program for the company's Green Campaign.

"This activity provides a wonderful opportunity for everyone to get involved and take a positive step towards keeping our park clean and protecting the natural environment," said Frank Sauceda, senior vice president for corporate human resources of Luen Thai Holdings Ltd. "In addition, this activity will help to create more awareness and educate our fellow employees about the importance of a clean and green Supply Chain City while supporting the initiatives of our China government and our stakeholders for an environment-friendly country." 

"Clean Our Park Day" is expected to attract at least 100 volunteers. The volunteers will be divided into teams that handle specific tasks such as picking up litter, weeding and pruning, watering plants, setting up park signs, adding trash bins and painting benches, among others.

Shirts with a special "green volunteer" design will be handed out to participants as a token of appreciation.
