The Luen Thai Print Shop has expanded operations to address increasing requirements for fashionable prints. It formally opened and moved to a new facility on the 3rd floor of Buildings 4&5 in Dongguan Supply Chain City on November 13, 2006.

At present, 58% of the 6,800-square-meter facility is already filled with existing machines and equipment. By early next year, the facility will be equipped with additional machines and manpower count will be increased to 800 from the current 600.

The new facility houses a showroom, widened work areas and individual offices for every print process. Total capacity is placed at over 30,000 pairs of prints daily.

“The Print Shop is ready to face new challenges next year to further increase its market share,” said Corporate Printing Director Ryden Ng. Lately, it has been experimenting with more multiple applications like printing on sweaters using new materials and methods, and on other product categories.
