Process Manager

• Review and study IO files and do all necessary steps to comply with buyer’s requirement.

• Ensure that IO will be sewed and shipped on schedule and that production output meets customer/buyer quality standards and requirements.

• Take actions to improve quality of finished garments.

• Coordinate with front and back end process to ensure smooth flow of production and proper procedure is being followed.

• Be responsible in identifying and resolving production-related issues within the process.

• A graduate of Industrial Engineering; Business Management; or Clothing Technology or any related courses.

• Female

• At least 5 years in garment industry; 3 years managerial capacity.

• Very good in written and verbal communication skills.

• Must possess good interpersonal skills.
