• Spearhead strategic planning stages during merger and acquisitions.

• Provide array of strategic and innovative solutions

• Conduct of due diligence review, risk assessment functions, validation of valuation as well as negotiations

• Ensuring minimization of risk by providing management with helpful and reliable assessment to be used in decision-making.

• Promote control and process joint assessment with process owners.

• Support CEO and President in the planning, organizing, controlling and operation support functions

• A graduate of Accounting ; MBA

• A Certified Public Accountant (preferably CIA or CISA)

• At least 5 years esperience in audit (of which 3 years preferably from the Big 5 Auditing Firms)

• Knowledge on international accepted accounting practices and standards.

• Exposure on related reviews and programs during mergers and acquisitions

• Exposure to various competing industry
