Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

1.      Manages and maintains schedule of the SVP-Corporate Services & Development.

2.      Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, and database or presentation software.

3.      Reads and analyzes incoming  memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distributions.

4.      Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

5.      Files and retrieves corporate documents, records and reports.

6.      Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

7.  Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records managements systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

8. Prepares agendas and make arrangements for committee, project, management and other meetings.

  1. Baccalaureate degree program from a college or university of recognized standing with major course in human resources, public relations, public administration, journalism, communication or business management or relate field.
  2. Three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Above average writing, communication and presentation skills.
  4. Preferrably has worked for other senior executives of foreign nationality in a corporate environment.
