Project Add+ was also launched to the management team during unveiling of Luen Thai Philippines overall business strategy last March 28. Johnson Tam, lean consultant, presented the lean implementation plan.

The plan covers the lean committee, 5S, and visual management teams, training series and pilot line among others.

Project Add+ is expected to transform Luen Thai Philippines into a lean enterprise in 18 months. The project aims to implement the concept of lean manufacturing in the company and extend it to all levels of the business operation.  Prior to launching the project, Project Add+ was previewed to hundreds of employees of Luen Thai Philippines last March 1.
