Spearheads the development and implementation of projects, program tools and processes involving human resources planning, recruitment, selection and placement using established methods and approaches.
Administers psychological testing & profiling and recommends the placement of eligible candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology;
Must be familiar and has working knowledge on different Psychometric-based assessment tools;
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the recruitment function;
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization;
