Responsible for fabric inspection, shrinkage and mock-up testing, marker / pattern making, and product development.

Communicates and coordinates with the relevant team on technical issues and gives recommendations that would enhance the product’s quality and viability in production;

Oversees accomplishment of Technical Team’s KPIs in terms of critical path.

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Clothing Technology, or any relevant course;
-
At least 5 years experience in a garment industry; 3 years in a managerial role;

Knowledge on Lean manufacturing;

With strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
-
With good oral and written communication skill.
