  • Responsible in managing overall production coordination and merchandising functions.
  • Analyzes and approves IORS, pre-costing, and other claims that will affect net margin.
  • Communicates and coordinates with relevant teams of the factory on buyers’ updates or adjustments in specifications.
  • Ensures that critical path are consistently followed, manages delivery of orders based on buyer’s requirements.
  • Oversees accomplishment of Merchandising Team’s KPIs.
  • Graduate of Fashion Merchandising, Business Management or any related courses
  • At least 5 years experience in a garments merchandising, 3 years in a managerial role;
  • With strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • With excellent oral and written communication skill.
