Friends, family and employees celebrated Luen Thai founder and chairman Dr. Tan Siu Lin's birthday last September 10 in Hong Kong. He turned 80.

Luen Thai employees and affiliates including Tien-Hu and TMS in the Hong Kong head office were treated to a buffet lunch while more than 400 guests joined Dr. Tan and family for a dinner reception in Conrad Hong Kong. 

Luen Thai's apparel manufacturing business was founded by Dr. Tan Siu Lin in 1983 with the opening of a sweater production facility in Saipan. Under his leadership, the business grew and prospered to become a global leader in the apparel supply chain services industry.
