GJM/TellaS – Womenswear, sleepwear and intimate apparel/Menswear and childrenswear GJM is a division of Luen Thai International Group in which womenswear, sleepwear and intimate apparel are being traded. It was originally acquired by Luen Thai in 2002 from Warnaco Group. TellaS is also a division of Luen Thai International Group in which menswear and childrenswear are traded. It was initially founded by Luen Thai in 2003.

Yuen Thai – Activewear In 2004, Luen Thai and Yue Yuen, the world’s largest footwear manufacturer, sealed a joint venture to penetrate the growing activewear market. The collaboration resulted in the establishment of the Yuen Thai Industrial Company Limited.

Tien Hu – Sweater In 2005, Luen Thai acquired more than 50 percent of the Tien-Hu Group, a Hong Kong-based company engaged in the trade and manufacturing of sweaters.

The TMS Group – Design and Trading In 2006, Luen Thai acquired 50 percent of TMS, a company engaged in the design and trading of apparel business. The move boosted Luen Thai’s design and trading capability as well as its presence in Europe. Visit TMS website.

Shenzhen Guangthai International Company Ltd. (GTI) - Denim, Outerwear, Children's wear, and Pants The year 2006 also marked the joint venture between Guangdong Foreign Trade Group Ltd. and Luen Thai. The result of the partnership is the GTI, which helped Luen Thai to penetrate the denim wear market and build its outerwear, children's wear, and pants capability. |

Desk Top Limited In August 2008, Luen Thai and Desk Top formed a partnership which allows both companies to broaden their product categories and improve market reach.
