With the company’s XO Kids campaign in full blast, Luen Thai Holdings Limited handed over the newly finished artificial football field to Tuloy sa Don Bosco in Alabang, Philippines. Dubbed as the “XO Field for Extraordinary Kids,” the Tuloy Foundation kids finally have their own pitch to practice and play football.

Luenthai believes in programs that are beneficial to the overall development and the growth of youth. This is part of the company’s five-year strategy focusing in “XO (eXtraOrdinary) CARE” for Community across the organization. XO Kids which is a program under XO CARE for Community is Luenthai’s strong commitment to create opportunities for kids, especially underprivileged ones.

In his speech, Raymond Tan, CEO, expressed his delight in finally fulfilling a promise of better playing field for the growing number of Tuloy Foundation kids who are enrolled and training for football. He believes that in the very near future the football program in Tuloy will produce national team players, great sportsmen, and truly responsible citizens. Mr. Tan is also supporting the organization of a football club under Tuloy Foundation, which will further harness the kids’ passion for the sport and inspire the kids to be better.

The turn-over ceremony was headed by Fr. Rocky Evangelista (SDB), Tuloy Foundation’s founder, and Mr. Tan. The event was also attended by Tuloy Foundation Board of Directors, Tuloy kids, coaches, faculties, Luenthai employees, other benefactors, and football enthusiasts.
