Over 170 Luen Thai leaders, key executives, and young talents, together with partners and special guests, recently gathered for the annual Luen Thai Leadership Summit in Dongguan, China.
Under the main theme of 20/20 Vision or “seeing things clearly with a perfect vision,” delegates talked about the 4 Key Pillars for Sustainable Shared Success and targets under the company’s 3-Year Focus, and how all these relate to the company’s vision. Two signing ceremonies on new joint ventures were also held and a tour of the Universal Product Development Center was conducted.
Luen Thai’s CEO-Partner Raymond Tan led the participants of the Summit, with attendees from OIH-Shangtex, LTH Board, Skechers, NewTech, M&V, business partners and consultants, and heads of Luen Thai’s business, corporate, and global offices. Raymond delivered the key message highlighting the 4 Key Pillars of People and Community, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, and Disruptive Technology and the 3-Year Focus on Accessories Business Optimization, Sports Activewear Expansion, Casual/Fashionwear Expansion, and New China Retail.
A special segment honoring Dr. Tan Siu Lin was held with Chairman Shen presenting special tokens to the Luen Thai founder. Anne Mok was also recognized for her contributions to the company for the past 17 years.
The Summit was closed by Raymond Tan with a video on next year’s Leadership Summit to be held in Cambodia.
The 2-day event culminated with a Chinese New Year Party where employees celebrating their anniversary milestones for 20 and above years were recognized.
