Luen Thai welcomed its pioneer batch of certified trainers of “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” Now called “XO Master Trainers” and “7 XO Habits Ambassadors,” the participants across Luen Thai strategic business units (SBUs) completed the 3-day workshop organized by Corporate Human Resources (CHR) and FranklinCovey.

Day 1 rounded up with group activities which included facilitating techniques, handling questions, contextualization, principles of adult learning.

Day 2 focused on practice demonstrations and live coaching of the participants. FranklinCovey facilitator Lirio Mapa gave the trainers feedback and recommendations that will equip them to be more effective in conducting training and applying the habits in real work scenario.

Day 3 covered a Vision-Mission-Values workshop and implementation roll-out plan of 7 XO Habits Training. The participants collaborated in designing a 7 XO Habits lesson plan which was designed to address specific SBU needs. The participants also recorded a 2-minute video testimonial highlighting their 7 XO Habits journey.

The workshop culminated with the newly-certified trainers identifying significant action items to be applied in their respective strategic business units. CHR Executive Vice President Sandy Fok wrapped up the event and emphasized the importance of running these trainings to achieve a sustainable work environment.
